Faith Facts

Faith is something we do: we trust in Christ. Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. (NIV) Hebrews 11:1-2.

Faith is also something to which we hold, the Faith, the teachings or beliefs revealed in the Word of God. Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints. (NIV) Jude 3.

At Faith Lutheran, we contend for that faith once for all entrusted to the saints. For it is the Good News about Jesus Christ. It is certain and constant, an objective body of truth that gives us a sure anchor in a very subjective, changing world. And then, firmly anchored in the truth, we gladly trust in Christ.

We invite you to come join us in this faith. You are welcome among us!
